Live Edge Black Walnut and Curly Maple Sitting Bench

A strong yet simple sitting bench made from some cast off pieces of lumber. The top is made from a small black walnut slab left over from a larger piece that split. The legs are constructed out of curly maple and are hand shaped using pre-industrial techniques.

Breakfast Nook Table from Reclaimed Lumber

A low budget build using reclaimed wood that was likely destined for a bonfire. Easily constructed with only a basic tool set, this table really helps to create a warm, cozy atmosphere wherever it is placed.

Experimenting with making a floating top piece, here is how I went about building a live edge modern office desk. Well within the grasp of my diy-ers, this project has a few tricky parts but is well worth the effort!
